About Us
Do you have a voice that will be heard?

The Discovery Bay Property Owners’ Association (DBPOA) does not allow members who owe fines or dues to vote in any election it conducts, or vote on any issue other than CC&R amendments.  These members are considered members not “in good standing”.

All members are allowed to speak at a time determined by the agenda at Board of Directors meetings; however, regardless of the number of members in attendance, the board members have set a time limit of 3 minutes for anyone to speak…

It has been intentionally impossible to obtain a mailing list of the members from the DBPOA; so it is not possible to determine the actual number of dissatisfied homeowners.  Disputes are resolved on an individual basis, through necessity and DBPOA procedures, without an opportunity for awareness of or support from other homeowners.

Our goal is not only to provide available information on issues, but also to provide a forum for members to communicate their concerns and receive support through use of this website.
